Our property 4,5ha at the feet of the forest " des Maures",  in the Center of the Var in Provence, South of France,  On whitch our vineyard have 37of average year .
	Grenache 18 years old, Cinsault 34 , Syrah 34 Mourvèdre 17 & 34 Carignan 17, 45 on schistes et 66 ans on argile/calcaire Tibouren 17
We dont use any chemical products for herbs, as less as we can when the "vigne" grow, and also none during the vinifications exept a small amount of SO2 to protect our wine.
We live in a beautifull place, we want to have a small part of it in each one of our bottles.
